Frequently asked questions
I bought a ticket, where do I show up to get on the tour?
Is there hiking or other physical requirements?
On the mountain pass tour, no. You climb into the van, and only exit back in the park in downtown dahlonega on tour completion. All abilities are welcome, however no chair lift is available.
Are kids allowed?
Yes! Not only allowed, but encouraged to join us! The minimum age for both tours is 4 years old. No car seats are provided and per Georgia law, all children under 8 years old must be in a car seat. All kidsl must have a paying adult with them.
What is you cancelation policy?
Do you offer rain checks?
sometimes we do, yes. We run rain or shine, however saftey is our biggest concern. Sometimes the off road path is subject to tree falls, or other conditions that make a tour not possible that day. If conditions are considered unsafe, we will cancel a tour, notify all guests, and issue a full refund.

Can I bring food or drink?
No outside food is allowed on our short tour! You can bring a personal drink, as long as it has a lid or sealable top. We can not allow any alcoholic beverages of any kind.
Am I going to get motion sickness?
What time does the tour depart?
Doors close and we roll at your scheduled tour time, so a 2pm tour starts right at 2pm. Plan accordingly, and give yourself 10-15 minutes to park, finalize your waiver if needed, and find your way over to the van.
Are there any stops on the tour?
No. There are no stops. Per the national forest service, our tour can not exit the vehicle and enter the trail system on foot. This also means no bathroom breaks, so plan accordingly.
Can I bring my dog or other pet?
No, only service animals are allowed on the van.
What days do you do tours?
For the most up to date information on availble tours, see our booking app for open tour dates. Generally, we run tours only on Saturday and Sunday. Do contact us if you have a larger group looking for a different mid day tour.
